SUMMARY:Naturalist-led Snowshoe Hike
DESCRIPTION:On this hike we’ll cover the basics of snowshoeing while you learn about animal tracking\, winter ecology\, and the history of Up Yonda Farm. During the program\, we’ll traverse about a mile over the course of an hour\, and will include a stop at our scenic vista point overlooking Lake George. Your program will finish near the Farmhouse\, where a campfire and hot cocoa will be available! \nReservations are recommended via nonrefundable reservation deposit of $1/person at upyondafarm.com. Walk-ins will be accepted on a first come\, first served basis. If there is not enough snow on your selected weekend\, we will convert the snowshoe to a Naturalist-led hike instead. \n$9 per person with snowshoe rentals\, $6 without rentals\, in addition to Day Use Fee.
