Using the “Four Treasures”: the brush\, the ink\, the ink stone\, and the paper\, one can learn the painting techniques to create the “Four Gentlemen”: the bamboo\, the orchid\, the plum and the chrysanthemum. Each “Gentleman” introduces a new stroke or idea and reinforces techniques already learned. Come and watch a demonstration and try your hand at it.
